Exporting data out of Scanfile
If you need to export data from a Scanfile folder or a Scanfile system, we can offer you two solutions.
Scanfile Export Module
The Scanfile Export module works with Version 8 and is priced at £1500 + VAT. You can buy this module online. It will allow you to export a Scanfile folder (any version) to a PDF. All single page Tiff files can be grouped to a multi page PDF and the indexing information added to a CSV file. This can then be used to import into a new document management system.
Scanfile Export Service
Click2Scan Ltd - Scanfile Premium resellers in the UK provide a service where your Scanfile folder can be exported to PDF as described above or to other formats to suite. Contact Click2Scan with your requirements. Prices are typically £50 per Gigabyte or £50 per Scanfile folder for folders less then 1GB. Scanfile folders can be sent through on a memory stick / portable hard drive or for international customers uploaded using our file upload service. Simply zip up your Scanfile folder (.scf folder) and upload it to us using the link below.
