Fast Installation

Scanfile has a straight forward installation program which allows installation to a single PC without any complications. If you require a network installation it is advisable to install Scanfile on a server and then have "client" PC's link to this. Installation can be done yourself using the helpful manual or you can ask one of the UK partners, including Click2Scan to carry out a remote installation for you. Once installed, you can set about setting up or editing your virtual filing cabinets. 

Setting up to suit

Scanfile has three elements on the screen , the viewing area, the tool box and the hit list. Scanning and search options are all configured in the toolbox and the hit-list brings back found entries. With links to Microsoft office, and a wealth of features behind the scenes, Scanfile is a great tool for document productivity and can be setup and adjusted to suit each individual users requirements.
